Recent Additions - Grant applications considered and decisions made. Planning application for land south of Coads Green withdrawn. New Complaints Procedure available to download.
Grant applications from three local community groups were received and discussed at the Full Council meeting held on 1 December 2025 to view the decisions made select Grants under the Parish Council tab. At the Council meeting held on 1 December there was notification that the application for an agricultural building to be constructed on land south of Coads Green and west of the B3257 had been withdrawn. To view the councils response to all previous applications select Notice Board under the Parish Council tab and select Planning Applications. To view decisions reached on all planning applications in the parish select Planning Applications under the Parish Council tab. A new Complaints Procedures Policy have been adopted and can be viewed by selecting Policies under the Parish Council tab. The latest quarterly planning newsletter from Cornwall County Council is now available at :Planning News for Local Councils and Agents (cornwall.gov.uk). Information regarding road closures in the parish this month can be viewed by selecting Notice Board under the Parish Council tab.
