Trebartha Gardens
TheTrebartha Estate was purchased by the Latham family in 1940 from Major Stanhope Rodd. Trebartha Hall has been demolished, but the wonderful historic gardens are undergoing restoration with views to Hawks Tor on Bodmin Moor. There are many fine trees and bluebells in the woodland walks, including a large swan pool, American Gardens, cascades, and walled garden.
The gardens are open to the public on certain occasions in aid of various charities such as Cornish Gardens Trust, National Garden Scheme and others.
